Home Base Vaughan

Home Base – Vaughan is Pathways’ newest program expansion serving the needs of youth through a drop-in centre within Dufferin Clark Community Centre. At the Centre, youth can access a variety of supports and services to address issues they face including employment, family issues, life skills, shelter, hot meals, counselling, recreational activities and clothing.

Our Child and Youth Worker is available at Home Base Vaughan Monday to Friday from 4:00 – 8:00pm to ensure we are meeting the most pressing needs of all of our participants.
